At one point during recent times, I use to break my journey to get that heavy and mouthful big sanwhich filled with mayo and chicken. The addiction was so bad, that I used to get off the platform, request the transit officer to let me get a sanwhich and come back, eating it all the way to the work. Or sometimes, FRIED yes FRIED Spring rolls.
But now, I dont even think about it, I have started walking from station to work and see many coffee shops on the way selling the same stuff, but I am determined to stick to my morning bowl of cereal and fruits. I enjoy muesli with yogurt and fruit. What's your story of a change? or breaking an addiction and what have you substituted it with? I would be interested to know your story too.
